Refund policy

Returns

If you wish to return an item purchased from us, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. For us to approve the return, the following criteria must be met:

• The product must be sealed in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Please note: the seal must not have been opened or broken.

To arrange a return, email contact@harahbeauty.com with the subject “Return + order number”. We will send you a return label to use when sending the item back. A return shipping cost of NOK 89 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, the existing item must be returned in accordance with our return conditions. You can then place a new order. You may order a new item at any time, including before the return is completed.
