Terms of sale – Harah Beauty
Last updated: 26 September 2026. These terms apply to purchases of goods for personal use at harahbeauty.com. They do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
1. Seller and contact
Proud Production AS
Organisation no. 924 756 314 MVA (Norwegian VAT registration)
Registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Harah Beauty is the store and brand name. Your contract is with Proud Production AS. Return goods to the warehouse address in section 6.
2. Orders and contract
The contract consists of the product information, your order, these terms and any individual agreements. It becomes binding when you submit your order. You receive an order confirmation by email; please check it and contact us about errors. Obvious typing or pricing errors which the other party knew or should have recognised are not binding under applicable law.
You must be legally entitled to make the purchase. Minors need the required consent of a guardian, subject to statutory exceptions. The terms in effect when you order apply to your purchase; later changes apply to new orders.
3. Prices and payment
For Norwegian consumer purchases, prices are in Norwegian kroner including VAT unless another currency is selected. Shipping and other charges we impose are shown before you submit the order. Checkout displays the total amount and selected currency.
You may use the payment methods offered at checkout. Your selected payment provider processes the payment. Any separate invoice or instalment terms are shown before you choose that option; the stated due date applies to invoices. You will not be charged costs that have not been disclosed or agreed in accordance with law.
4. Delivery and risk
Shipping within Norway: NOK 89 for merchandise totals up to and including NOK 399. Free shipping for merchandise totals over NOK 399. The threshold applies to the merchandise total after any discounts, excluding shipping. The correct shipping charge is applied automatically at checkout. Separate rates apply to deliveries outside Norway.
Delivery options, charges and delivery times are stated at checkout and in our shipping terms. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is due without undue delay and within 30 days. We normally bear the risk until you or your designated recipient receive the goods. Exceptions may apply if you independently use a carrier we did not offer.
5. Delayed delivery
Subject to statutory conditions, delayed delivery may entitle you to withhold payment, demand delivery, terminate the contract and claim compensation. Normally, you must first allow us a reasonable additional period to deliver. An additional period is unnecessary where we refuse delivery or timely delivery was essential under the law. Contact contact@harahbeauty.com if goods do not arrive as agreed.
6. Withdrawal and returns
You normally have 14 days to withdraw, starting on the day after receipt. For goods in the same order delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Send a clear notice before the deadline, for example to contact@harahbeauty.com. You may also withdraw before delivery. Then return the goods within 14 days of giving notice. You need not give a reason or obtain prior approval.
You pay the direct return-postage costs when withdrawing. You may arrange postage yourself. Our return label from Norway costs NOK 89, deducted from your refund if you choose to use it. From other countries, you pay the carrier's actual return postage. We pay necessary return costs for justified claims concerning faulty goods.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. For withdrawal from the whole order, we also refund the least expensive standard outbound delivery. Extra charges for more expensive delivery are not refunded. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees.
You may inspect goods covered by the right of withdrawal as you normally would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function may result in a lawful deduction for documented diminished value. Missing legally required information may extend the withdrawal period by up to 12 months. Statutory deadline rules, including weekend and public-holiday extensions, apply.
7. Cosmetics, hygiene and seals
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery. Cosmetics with a broken hygiene seal therefore cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal where these conditions are met.
Opening shipping packaging or an ordinary outer box does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. Accessories, towels and silk products are assessed under the general rules. This exception never restricts statutory rights concerning faulty goods.
8. Faulty goods and statutory remedies
Contact contact@harahbeauty.com if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please provide your order number and describe the problem where possible; photographs and a batch number can help, but are not an absolute condition for making a claim.
For Norwegian consumer purchases, you must complain within a reasonable time after discovering, or when you should have discovered, the defect. This period can never be shorter than two months after actual discovery. The overall statutory claim period is normally two years from delivery, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer in normal use. This does not guarantee a cosmetic product a shelf life beyond its correctly stated expiry or period-after-opening information.
Subject to statutory conditions, you may claim repair or replacement, a price reduction, termination and compensation, and may withhold payment. Remedies must be provided without cost or significant inconvenience. We cover necessary return costs for a justified claim. Opened packaging, a broken seal or use necessary to discover a defect does not remove your statutory rights.
Follow usage instructions, storage guidance, expiry information and warnings. Stop using a product and contact us if you experience an unwanted reaction. Whether a reaction gives rise to a legal claim is assessed individually; statutory claims are not excluded.
9. Uncollected parcels and exchanges
An uncollected parcel does not automatically constitute withdrawal. Within the law, we may recover necessary and documented additional costs up to NOK 199, without double charging return postage. We do not offer a separate voluntary exchange scheme. Withdrawal and replacement rights for faulty goods apply as described above.
10. Customers in the EU/EEA and elsewhere
We deliver only to countries available at checkout. Currency, delivery charges and tax arrangements for cross-border orders are disclosed before ordering. See our shipping terms.
Norwegian law applies to the extent legally permitted. Where we direct sales to consumers in another country, this does not deprive you of mandatory protection under the law that would otherwise apply in your country of habitual residence. EU/EEA customers retain statutory withdrawal rights and protection concerning faulty goods, including longer national claim periods and stronger rights where applicable. No term requires you to use Norwegian courts where mandatory jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.
11. Privacy
Proud Production AS processes information needed for orders, payments, delivery and customer service. See our privacy policy for further information and your rights. Making a purchase does not by itself constitute newsletter consent.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
First contact contact@harahbeauty.com so we can try to resolve the matter. If no agreement is reached, Norwegian consumers may request mediation from Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority). Eligible cases may subsequently be considered by the Norwegian Consumer Complaints Committee. For cross-border EU/EEA purchases, the European Consumer Centre in Norway or the centre in your country of residence may assist. Statutory complaint and court rights remain unaffected.
13. Withdrawal form and further information
You can find the withdrawal form and withdrawal and returns information on our website.
